Software Update Policy

TerraAqua controllers check TerraAqua Cloud for approved releases. Updates are downloaded over HTTPS and checked against a published SHA256 value before installation.

Release channels are stable, beta and dev. Retail controllers should normally use stable.

Required updates may be used for important security or safety fixes.
