These terms govern use of TerraAqua ReefCore, the TerraAqua app, cloud services and software updates.

Use of the service

Customers must use TerraAqua only for lawful aquarium monitoring and control purposes and must follow the installation and safety manual.

Account security

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials and controller claim information secure.

Software updates

TerraAqua may provide updates to improve security, reliability and functionality. Required updates may be needed to keep cloud services safe.

Limitations

TerraAqua provides monitoring and control assistance. It does not replace regular aquarium checks or responsible livestock care.
