Subscription Terms

Draft v1 for legal review before paid Pro launch.

TerraAqua Pro is the optional paid subscription for remote cloud access and future cloud features.

Before payment

The app must show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, what is included, cancellation method and refund/cooling-off information before purchase.

Cancellation

Customers must be able to manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal when billing is enabled.

Free features

Local controller access and essential security updates should remain available without Pro, subject to the final product policy.
