TerraAqua Cloud Subscription Terms

TerraAqua Cloud is the optional connected service for one ReefCore controller. The current consumer prices are £6.99 per month or £69.99 per year, including VAT.

Included service

A new ReefCore receives 12 months of full TerraAqua Cloud from its first genuine customer adoption date. Factory and workshop use do not start that period. The remaining included period follows the ReefCore if ownership changes.

What TerraAqua Cloud provides

Cloud service includes remote App access, remote equipment control, remote camera access, push notifications, Cloud history, Reef Journal Cloud synchronisation, multi-device Cloud synchronisation and supported remote diagnostics.

Local operation

ReefCore local control, local App access, sensor monitoring, Aquarium Analyser, heater and equipment automation, schedules, local camera access and security/software updates are not disabled merely because TerraAqua Cloud is inactive.

Renewal and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and full Cloud access continues until the end of the already-paid period. Annual renewal reminders are intended at 30 days and 7 days before renewal.

Failed payments

For an existing renewal that fails, TerraAqua intends to provide a 7-day full-access grace period while payment is retried or updated. If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, Cloud access can move to Basic while local ReefCore operation continues.

Plan changes

Changes between monthly and annual billing are intended to take effect at the next renewal boundary rather than creating mid-period double charging.

Cloud history

When paid/included Cloud access ends, existing eligible Cloud history is intended to be retained for 12 months for possible reactivation. This is separate from an explicit account-deletion request.

Payments

Payment is handled securely by Stripe. TerraAqua ReefCore does not store card details.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Final customer terms remain subject to legal review before paid-subscription enforcement is enabled.
