TerraAqua uses account, controller and aquarium-reading data to provide the TerraAqua ReefCore app, cloud access, controller registration, software updates, support and subscription services.

Data we process

• Name, email address, login details and account status.
• Controller serial number, claim state, software version, update status and device connection records.
• Aquarium readings sent by your controller, such as pH, temperature, salinity, TDS, EC and water level.
• Subscription and payment status received from the payment provider when Pro billing is enabled.

Why we process it

• To provide the app and controller services.
• To keep the controller secure and updated.
• To provide customer support and account management.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
• To send marketing only where the user has opted in.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, download a data export, ask for correction, object to some processing, change marketing preferences, and request deletion where the law allows.
